In today’s ever-changing world of complexity, true competitiveness for any organization lies in its ability to remain relevant and ahead of change. To do so requires becoming a “learning organization” that is able to reinvent itself on an on-going basis. And learning start at the top.

This presentation or set of workshops will be further illustrated with specific case studies as to why some businesses scale while others fail and what role leadership plays. The objectives will be to:

  1. Identify leadership’s role helping to distinguish between tactical/task and strategic
  2. Create clarity on where they and their organization need to grow to remain relevant into the future
  3. Develop self-awareness about their leadership/management style and how their own biases, filters and behaviors impact decisions and organizational growth
