Life and business have been thrust into the world of VUCA … Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity.Originating back in 1987, this acronym was the response of the U.S. Army College to the collapse of the USSR in the early 1990’s. Yet. VUCA seems to capture today’s current situation more than ever. Disruption is here to stay and thus creating a new way of living and doing business. Some of these changes were already underway. However, the process got accelerated at an unimaginable rate of speed. Adaption and innovation will be key to keep up to the velocity of today’s ever-changing environment.
